We are holding the Zendikar Game Day tomorrow at our Brandon location.
The tournament is Standard Constructed, will start at 1 PM, and has an entry fee of $20.00. All entry fees go directly towards prizes, so that will be about 6 1/2 packs per player in the Prize Pool.
The top 8 will receive an Emeria Angel Textless Foil and everyone who participates will receive a Nissa’s Chosen. Both pictured below.
The Zendikar PreRelease is scheduled for this Saturday…September 26th…at the Brandon Location of Gametime Sportscards at Noon. Here is a scan of the PreRelease Special Foil that everyone in attendance will receive this weekend, Rampaging Baloths. Also pictured is the giveaway card for next weeks Launch Party, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.
We received our new FNM card for the month of August, Lightning Greaves, pictured below. Four FNM cards are given out each week, two to first and second place, and two randomly, in addition to the normal prizes. We will be holding the 2010 National Gameday Event on Saturday, August 15th at our Riverview location. The tournament will be a Standard Constructed Tournament with Swiss rounds, and eventually a cut to top 8 PLAYOFF. The entry fee is $20.00 and we will begin at 2 PM.
Wizards is making this new National Gameday with each new Release, and we hope to see all of you at each one.
Top 8 receive a cool MYCOID SHEPHERD FOIL Card, and everyone who attends gets a copy of the Naya Sojourners Foil Pictured below, while supplies last.
Remember, like all of our tournaments, all entry fees go straight to the Prize Pool, and this is sure to be the biggest one yet. If 20 people attend, there will be 130 packs in the Prize Pool, if 30 attend, there will be 200 packs in the prize pool. So spread the word, and bring your “A” game on August 15th at 2 PM.
